Because of the high number of spam calls our office receives, voicemail messages are the only missed calls that are followed up. Voice messages are normally returned within the hour. If your voicemail was left after hours and is not an emergency, you will receive a call back within 24 hours.

Leaving a general voicemail by pressing 0 will send your voicemail message to the general mailbox. Our phone service records your message and sends an audio file of your message to all staff members via email. The email will also have the number you called from and a text message transcribed from your voicemail. Using the directory and leaving a voicemail message for the specific employee only sends an email to that individual.
